What information we collect
Entertainers who register provide: their name, email address, postcode, phone number, the name shown on their profile, bio, and entertainment type. These are collected for the purpose of publishing a profile in the directory.
How we use it
- Your phone number and the name shown on your profile are displayed publicly on your profile page. That name starts as the name you gave when you registered — you can replace it with a stage or group name while registering, or at any time afterwards.
- Your postcode is used server-side for distance filtering only. It is never shown publicly. Your suburb name is shown instead.
- Your email is used to contact you about your registration status. It is not shown publicly.
Enquiries and reports
Enquiry messages are forwarded directly to the entertainer's email and not stored in our database. Report-a-problem submissions are forwarded to Silver Memories staff and not stored.
Requesting removal
There is no self-service removal. To request that your listing be removed, please contact Silver Memories directly via silvermemories.com.au.
